JPI Plumbing was proactive about scheduling and kept me informed of the plumber’s time of arrival. Very punctual and professional. The plumber was skilled, neat and polite. He explained in detail what he planned to do and provided me with a detailed estimate of cost which I approved he performed the labor. This estimate was very close to final cost. I am very satisfied with the service and will use the company again.
